I.The Meeting was called to order
II.Minutes from the October 4, 2011 meeting were read, approved, and seconded.
III.The bank statement was read as the Treasurer’s Report.
IV.Old Business
a.We are to meet at 11:30 in the Wampum Park for the Wampum Christmas Parade.
b.It was decided to use the extra Tour de LaMec shirts as door prizes at the Christmas Party.
c.Jean Minner will e-mail members to make reservations for our Christmas Party.
V.New Business--
a.Saturday and Wednesday Club Rides are now at 1:00 on the Stavich Trail.
b.Thursday November 16th there is a Lawrence County Tourism Breakfast at The Villa.The topic will be Technology and Tourism.
c.There was a discussion of making donations in memory of Floyd Newingham.We would like
to purchase something pertaining to cycling.There will be further discussion at a later date.
d.Jean Minner made a motion to spend $40 for door prizes at Bicycles and More.Ed VanHorn
seconded.The motion was passed.
e.John Kwiat made a motion for Jean Minner to spend $40 on Christmas Parade candy.Ed VanHorn
seconded.The motion was passed.
